Rico
Ricafort
Rico Ricafort is the Lead Pastor of Every Nation Panama and a longtime leader in the Every Nation movement. Pastor Rico began full-time ministry in 1997 and served as the National Director of Every Nation Campus Philippines. He later became the Senior pastor of Victory Ortigas in 2014 where he faithfully led until God called him and his family to move to Panama. Today, Victory has grown to 80,000 members, holding 94 church services across 60 cities weekly.

Outside of ministry, he enjoys playing chess with university students, has a soft spot for burgers, and trains in jiu-jitsu for fun. Pastor Rico has been married to Catrina for 19 years, and they are proud parents to three daughters—Alba (16), Maja (14), and Catya (11).
Ben Dew
Ben Dew is a former collegiate football player who competed at both the University of Hawaii and the University of Houston. After hanging up his cleats, Pastor Ben felt a strong call to ministry and helped relaunch Every Nation Campus ministries at Florida State University, Florida A&M University, and Tallahassee State College. Now based in Tallahassee, Florida, Pastor Ben is planting a church with a vision to reach the next generation. He is deeply committed to establishing college-reaching churches that boldly preach the gospel and make disciples.

Pastor Ben serves as the chaplain for FAMU football and brings the same energy and dedication from the field to his ministry. Raised in New Zealand, he is a proud husband to his wife Ashley and father to two sons, KJ and Judah.
Tom Breckwoldt
Tom Breckwoldt is honored to serve as the student pastor at Lake Mary Church. In 2013, God called Pastor Tom out of a successful career in the fitness industry to pursue full-time ministry. He is currently the Campus Director of a team of missionaries that go out to college universities, public high schools and middle schools every week in the Central Florida area.
By reaching students locally, Pastor Tom has helped raise up missionaries that are now being sent out globally to nations such as Japan, Costa Rica, Panama, and Mexico. With a focus to train and develop young leaders, he is privileged to serve on the Executive Counsel Team for Every Nation Campus in North America.
Though he is all around passionate about the next generation, his heart burns for the inner city, reaching athletes, and growing men and women to be the husbands, wives, fathers and mothers they are called to be one day. Pastor Tom is married to his beautiful bride, Ashley, and together they have three world changers, Tommy, Hannah and JJ.
